SECTION 2. A new section is hereby added to Ordinance No. 433
Of said MY to le known as Section 15 thereof to read as follown-
SEOTION 15. For the purpose of this the word "Pubiic
Place" is Wined to mean any Place generallt, or colm"'Or"Ily or

SECTION 3. Section 13 of ordinance No. 433 of said city is
horeby amended to read as follows:
Any Person violating any of the provisions of Sec tlon 7 of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdeaeamor and uDon conviction
thereof shall be fined not exceeding 4300, or-by imprisonment in the
Ku= jail of San Berdardino county not exceeding ninety days or
by both auch fine and KTrisonment and any pcTngo- violating any of
the othcr wovislons of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
miusulem-&'-�Ilnor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less Wall

days, nor wore than $300* and ninety days in said county jail,
SECTION 4. Subdivision 6 of Section 48 of ordinnnce No. 430 of
said City is hereby amend0d to read as follows:-
