P.C. 1-10. 675 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain: SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands Section 25 .20 pertaining to USES PERMITTED, be amended as follows: SECTION 25 .20 - USES PERMITTED B. RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL USES COMBINED 1. Residential uses may be combined with non-residential uses in an entirely new building constructed for said purposes. Required parking shall be provided for each use calculated in accordance with the individual requirements for the particular uses. 2. Residential uses may be combined with non-residential uses in an existing commercial building subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit. Parking for the residential unit ( s) shall be provided on-site in addition to that required for the commercial use(s) or by evidence of an agreement for off-site parking acceptable to the City. C. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
