AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO . 1480, ENTITLED AS FOLLOWS: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A FRANCHISE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF
A COMMUNITY ANTENNA TELEVISION SYSTEM IN REDLANDS AND PROVIDING THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH FRANCHISE AND THE FEES THEREFOR"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, does ordain
as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Section One, Paragraph b, (1) is amended as
follows :
b . Terms and Conditions of Franchise
(1) Franchise shall be for a period of twenty (20) years from
date of acceptance by Grantee .
SECTION TWO: That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated for that purpose .
