AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE
NOS . 1445 AND 1459 WHICH PROVIDE FOR THE GRANTING OF
FRANCHISES FOR COMMUNITY ANTENNA TELEVISION SYSTEMS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as fol-
lows :
SECTION ONE: That Section 14 , GUARANTEE OF FAITHFUL PERFOR-
MANCE, Paragraph A, Item 2 , be amended to read as follows :
2. An irrevocable Commercial Letter of Credit
or Performance Bond in favor of the City of
Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of February,
1979 , by the following vote:
