AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADDING CHAPTER 12 . 49 TO THE REDLANDS
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE USE AND
OPERATION OF HILLSIDE MEMORIAL PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES
ORDAIN as follows :
SECTION 1 . Chapter 12. 49 is added to the
Redlands Municipal Code to read as follows :

HILLSIDE MEMORIAL PARK
Sections :
12. 49. 010 Governing regulations.
12 .49 . 020 Dogs not allowed on cemetery grounds.
12 . 49.030 Violation - penalty.
12. 49 . 010 Governing regulations.
Except as specified in this Code, the use and
operation of Hillside Memoria-1 Park shall be governed by the
provisions of Resolution No. 4334 of the City of Redlands,
as amended, or any later Resolution which replaces
Resolution No. 4334 . As used in this Chapter , "Hillside
Memorial Park" means the cemetery owned and operated by the
City of Redlands and located at the intersection of
Alessandro Road and Sunset Drive in the City of Redlands .
12 . 49 . 020 Dogs not allowed on cemetery rounds .
It is unlawful for any person to cause or allow any
dog or dogs to be present on the grounds of Hillside
Memorial Park, whether leashed or unleashed, unless at all
times confined within an automobile.
12. 49 .030 Violation - penalty.
Any person who willfully violates any of the
provisions of this Chapter is guilty of an infraction
punishable as provided in Section 1 . 20.020 .
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force according to law.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circula-
tion printed and published in the City of Redlands.
