AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS
ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 13, CITY MANAGER, AND ORDINANCE NO.
1580
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Section 13105, Chapter 13, of the Redlands
Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§ 13105 . SEVERANCE PAY. That the amount of
severance pay of the City Manager upon separation shall be
fixed in accordance with the written agreement in effect
between the City Council and the City Manager.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Redlands.
