AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS REPEALING ORDIUAUCE
NO. 977 .
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that:
SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 977 enacted the 16th
day of August, 19549 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS REQUIRING THAT ALL CITY TAXES BE PAID, OR A SURETY
BOND FURNISHED FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF, BEFORE ANY SUB-
DIV1.SIONt LOT SPLIT, OR JjIVISION OF LAND INTO TWO OR MORE
PARCELS IS APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL; AND REIwEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 884, 11 be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION TWO: This ordinanae, shall take effect in
30 days and prior to fifteen days frim the passage hereof
shall be published once in the Redlands Daily Factst a
newepaper of general circulation, prirated axed published in
the City of Redlands , California.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Redlands , at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of kugust
