AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SELECTED
PROVISIONS OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
RELATING TO COMPENSATION, PUBLIC HEALTH
AND WELFARE, CHILD CARE, OFFENSIVE
CONDUCT, STREETS AND TRAFFIC
(RECODIFICATION PROJECT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1 . City Clerk and Treasurer
Compensation. The following sections of the Redlands
Ordinance Code relating to the compensation of the City
Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby repealed: Sections
12102 , 12103 , 12104 .
SECTION 2 . Public Dances. The following section
of the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to public dancing
within the City is hereby repealed : Section 2321 .
SECTION 3. Child Care. The following sections of
the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to child care places
are hereby repealed: Sections 38100, 38101 , 38102, 38200 ,
38201, 38202, 38300, 38400, 38401 , 38402, 38403 , 38404,
38405, 38406 , 38407 , 38408, 38409, 38410 , 38411 , 38412,
38413 , 38414 , 38415, 38416, 38417 , 38418, 38419 , 38420 .
SECTION 4 . Public Peace. The following section of
the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to disturbing the peace
is hereby repealed: Section 40501 .
SECTION 5 . Morals Offenders . The following
sections of the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to
registration of convicted persons and moral offenders are
hereby repealed: Sections 41100, 41101 , 41102, 41103 ,
41104, 41105 , 41105 . 1 , 41106 , 41106 . 1 , 41106 . 2 , 41106 . 3 ,
41106 . 4 , 41107 , 41108 , 41108 . 1, 41108 . 2 , 41108 . 3 , 41109 ,
41201 , 41201 . 1 , 41202 , 41202 . 1 , 41202 . 2, 41203, 41204 ,
41205, 41205 . 1 , 41206 , 41207 , 41208, 41209 , 41209 . 1 ,
41209 . 2.
SECTION 6. Offensive Conduct . The following
sections of the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to indecent
and offensive conduct , gambling and pinball machines are
hereby repealed: Sections 50001 , 50100 , 51100 , 51200 ,
51201, 51202, 51300 , 51301 , 51302, 51304 , 51400 , 51401 ,
51500 , 51501, 51502 , 51503 , 51504 , 51505 , 51506 .
SECTION 7 . Curfews . The following sections of the
Redlands Ordinance Code relating to curfews are hereby
repealed : Sections 53101 , 53102 .
SECTION 8 . Animals . The following sections of the
Redlands Ordinance Code relating to animals are hereby
repealed: Sections 56209 , 57402 .
SECTION 9 . Traffic Regulations . The following
sections of the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to traffic
regulations are hereby repealed : Sections 67203 , 67207 ,
67716, 68105, 68402 .
SECTION 10 . Streets . The following sections of
the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to use of streets are
hereby repealed: Sections 75007 , 75008 , 75009 .
SECTION 11 . Buildings . The following section of
the Redlands Ordinance Code relating to the moving of
buildings is hereby repealed: Section 71015 .
SECTION 12 . Parks . The following sections of the
Redlands Ordinance Code relating to parks are hereby
repealed: Sections 72214 , 72215, 73100 , 73200 , 73201 ,
73300, 73301 , 73302 , 73303 , 73304, 73509 .
SECTION 13 . This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 14 . The Mayor shall sign this ordinance ,
and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it or a summary of it to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in this city.
