An Ordinance amending Section 410 of Ordinance 281 of the City
of Redlands , entitled "An Ordinance to ravine and codify the ordinan-

The Board of Trustees of the City of Redlands do ordain as
followe :
Section 1: Section 410 of Ordinance No. 281 of the City of
'Redlands is hereby amended to read as follows :
"Section 410 : No coliaection -with way public sewer now 1,01
or hereafter to be laid, or any cess-pool in the City of Redlands,
nor any repairs or alterations to any auch connection shall 'be madel
nor any plumbing work done in, or about , or with reference to any
sttch connection, except by a plumber regularly licenseq(as such to
labor -W a plumber, by the Board of Health of said City, after satin-
factory examination by such Board upon applicatioR for license in
conf6rmity to the statute in such case made and provided, as to his
qualifications to conduct such business or to aa Wor; provided
that the Inspector K Pl=bing and Sewers of said City may, without
such examination, and without the giving of a bond as required by
section 427 of this Article, grant to any person, a special permit
to make such connection, repairs or alteration, at the place and time
to be specified in such perhdt.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage and publication.
