Section 1;— Two new sections are hereby added to

Artfale III of Ordinance NO.281 of the City of Redlands,
1 to be known as Seotions 122 and 1.23,respeotively,and to read !
as follows:—

Section iga.— Whenever it shall appear that the
provisions of either 8040-on 118 or 120 of this

Section 123:- It shall be the duty of the j

delinquent sums so oharged as aforesaid to the city offieer

additional sums are hereby declared to be a lien of
equal force as the city tax lien of said delinquent for such

Section 2:- This ordinance shall take effect from and
