AN ORDINANCE OF 711E CITY OF RE:DLAN DS ADDING SECTION 2241.3, ENTITLED
"COMMERCIAL ART - SEASONAL" TO CIIAPT!i;R 22 OF THE RE:DLANDS ORDINANCE CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Section 2241.3 be added to Chapter 22 of
the Redlands Ordinance Code as follows:
; 2241.3 COMMERCIAL ART - SEASONAL. Every person, firm
or corporation operating exclusively in the
activity of decorating with impermanent materials,
seasonal displays or murals having an intended use
of not more than sixty days shall pay a semi-annual
license tax of $15.00.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in
the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this City.
