An Ordinance of the City of Redlands Amending Ordinance No. 874 entitled "An
Ordinance Creating and Establishing a Park Board, Defining the Duties of Such
Board and Providing for the Regulation of Tree Planting and Removal on City
Streets,, Lanes, Alleys and Parkways". by Adding a Paragraph to Section Six.,
Subsection (J).
The City Council of the City of Redlands ordains as follows.,
SECTION ONE:. Section Six, Subsection (j) of Ordinance No. 874 shall be
amended as follows:
(J) Vines on any kind of trees. Authorize removal by the Park Department
of vines or ivy one time only. Adjacent property owner to be notified
that if allowed to grow back, and it becomes necessary for the Depart-
ment to remove a second time, said property owner shall be required to
pay coat of removal.
SECTION n10- This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after
thirty days after its adoption.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance
and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts., a
daily newspaper of general circulation painted and public in this City.
