AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE
REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 73601 of Article 736 of the
Redlands ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 73601. MEMBERS . The said Park Commission shall
consist of nine (9) members to be appointed by the Mayor
of said City, with the approval of the City Council of
said City, from city residents at large who are not city
officials, for terms of five (5) years .
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper designated for that
purpose.
