AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 91 OF
THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE PROVIDING FOR A PLANNING COMMIS-
SION AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 907
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Section 91111, City Manager' s Tenure, be amended
to read as follows :
§ 91111 . CITY MANAGER' S TENURE. The office tenure
of the non-voting Commissioner No . 10, the City Manager,
shall correspond to his office tenure.
SECTION TWO: That Section 91304 , Organizing: Electing Chairman,
Officers, be amended to read as follows :
§ 91304 . ORGANIZING: ELECTING CHAIRMAN, OFFICERS .
The Commission shall, immediately upon its appointment,
organize and elect a chairman for the term of one (1) year,
and such other officers as the Commission may deem advisable,
except for the office of the Secretary, which shall be held
by the Planning Director as hereinbefore set forth.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city. - _
