AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1490
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: Section One of Ordinance No. 1490 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section One: That a Public Works Commission is hereby
created and established to act as an advisory board to the
City Council of the City of Redlands for the purpose of
making recommendations concerning public works major capital
improvement programs to the City Council through the City
Manager, or such other matters as requested by the City
Manager, Public Works Director or City Council .
SECTION TWO: Section Three of Ordinance No. 1490 is hereby
deleted.
SECTION THREE: Section Seven of Ordinance No. 1490 is hereby
amended to read as follows :
Section Seven: That the Commission shall keep records of
all its acts and proceedings.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION FIVE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this City.

I, Peggy A. Moseley, City Clerk, City of Redlands, hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was adopted by the City Council at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of July, 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES : Councilmen Knudsen, Miller, Mayor Cummings
NOES : Councilmen DeMirjyn, Sewall
