AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 1075, OF
THE CITY OF REDLANDS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1428
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Section 67105 (a) of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance as adopted by Ordinance No. 1075 is hereby amended to read
as follows, and Ordinance No. 1428 is repealed:
Section 67105. TRAFFIC COMMISSION: ITS POWERS AND DUTIES.
(a) There is hereby established a traffic commission to serve
without compensation, consisting of seven members as may be
appointed by the City Council. Each member of the commission
shall be appointed by the City Council. Each member of the com-
mission shall have the power to vote in actions taken by it. At
all times the commission will be advised by the Chief of the
Traffic Division, a member of City Council, and a representative
of the City Engineer' s office, but at no time will these repre-
sentatives of the City be voting members .
SECTION TWO: All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and effect as
provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper designated for that purpose.

City Council, City of Redlands, California at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 4th day of May, 1971 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen DeMirjyn, Knudsen, Miller, Sewall, Mayor Cummings
NOES: None
