HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1469_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1469 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ARTICLE 407 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION ONE: Section 40701 of the City of Redlands Ordinance Code is hereby amended by addition of Section 40701 . 1 as follows: Sec. 40701 . 1 APPLICATION FEE NOT REFUNDABLE. At the time of making application for concealed weapon permit, a non-returnable fee of three dollars ($3.00) , in addition to the State of California costs for the processing, shall be paid to the City Treasurer to cover the cost. Said fee shall be paid for both original and renewal applications . SECTION TWO: Each provision of this ordinance shall be separate and severable, and in the event any specific provision is declared void or invalid, no other section, otherwise legal and valid, shall be affected thereby. SECTION THREE: This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public health and safety in accord- ance with the provisions of the Goverment Code of the State of California. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
