The City Couacl.1 of the City of Redlands does ordain
as

section One: That/Ordinance No. 856 , passed May 18,
1944, be 511d the same is hereby amended to read as follous:
j oction 2. Every person, firm or corporation owntae
or harboring a dog rithkin the City of Redlands shall on or
before the first day of July of each year, pay to the said
City a licease fee of 41,50 for each male dog, or spayed
female log, ;2*00 for each female dog, 1xhich said fee shall
be payable annually and shall become delinquent on the first
day of August of each year, the roaalty of such delinquency to
be 41.00 in addition to the usut�l' license fee. Provided however
that 40 license fee shall be charged against ;a Ay dog in a
oommercial kennel, duly licensed as a commercial busliiess , having
paid a buaiaess livens fee, and that such dogs aeed not be
vaccinated for rabies if they are kept at all times within the
kennel. That the owners or mnageinof such commercial dog kennels
are hereby required to notify the Police Department on the sale
of say dog, giviag full iuformation as to date of stile and name
and residence of the purchaser.

force fron, and after its passage as provided by lau,
