AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE - WELFARE -
ANIMALS - ARTICLE 571 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 1086
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: Section 5713 of Chapter 57 of the Redlands ordi-
nance Code is hereby amended to read:
5713: PAYMENT OF THE FEE
Every person, firm or corporation owning, harboring,
possessing or having custody of a dog within this city
shall, on or before the due date as herein defined, pay
to the City of Redlands a license fee of four dollars
($4.00) for each such dog.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated for that
purpose.
