AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1086
AND CHAPTER 57 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE AND RESCINDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1362
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: Section 5713 of Ordinance No. 1086 and Section
57107 of the Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended to read
as follows:
PAYMENT OF THE FEE. Every person, firm or corporation
owning, harboring, possessing or having custody of a dog
within this city shall, on or before the due date as here-
in defined, pay to the City of Redlands a license fee of
$2 .00 for each neutered dog and a license fee of $6.00 for
each unaltered dog. Proof of such neutering shall be pre-
sented at the time of request for license.
SECTION TWO: Ordinance No. 1362 is hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated
for that purpose.

Council at a regular meeting thereof on the 17th day of April, 1973
by the following vote:
