ORDINANCE AMENDING 0R&NA ICE N • 848 ENTITLED nAN OROINAVCE
ADOPTING Ai1D PRESVIBING A HVILTE CODE F02 TLaE CITY OF lED ANDS.
The City Counsil of the City of Redlands does ordsin as
follows :
Section One. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 848, entitled
"An Ordinance Adopting and Preacriving a health Code for the City
of Redlands" , paswed on December 2nd , 1943, be and the Name is
hereby amended to read as follows , to-wit:
Sec. 3, It shall be unlaoful to operate or
permit to be operated any establishment enGaged in
the business of manufacturing , storing, selling or
2ervin6 food or beverage for human consumption -without
an unrevoked permit , issued in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance .
Section Two. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by lair.
Section '.three. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated
for that purpose.

Redlands at a regular meeting; thereof held on the 17th day of
April, 1947 , by the following vote :
Ayes : Yayor Clapp, Councilmen Thornquest & Hyink.
Noes : None .
Absent : Councilmen Fletcher & Gunte
