AN ORDINANCE OF THE CT'1''.Y OF REDLANDS FIXING THE FATE AND
LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1952-53.

The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain As
follows
Section One. There le hereby levied upon all taxable
proper" y $n e ity of Redland:e , . California, for the fiscal
year 195b-19 a property tax of One Dollar and Seventy Cents
($1,70) on each- one Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed
valuspion of _uc property apportioned as follows :
Oe Dol fora General. Fund r
Twenty- � Cents ($0.21) for the Library Fund :
Twenty-Mine Cents (N.29) far the Retirement Fund:
� cents ("$0. ) for the Redemption and Interest
of Redlands City Water Bonds :
Section Two. It is hereby found and determined and de-
clarer that tHT "Ordinance is urgently required for the peace,
health, and safety in that it Is necessary to levy a valid
tax for they purpose aforesaid, and without which ordinance
. and tax there will be no revenue or .funds to defray the expenses
of said, City, and this Ordinance will talo effect and be in
force `Immediately af'ter. its passral,.:,c and approval..
