AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTION 3 . 16. 040
OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FEE AND SERVICE CHARGES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1: Section 3. 16 .040 of the Redlands Municipal Code which
sets forth the schedule of fees and service charges of the City of
Redlands for recovering costs reasonably borne for regulations,
products and services provided is amended by the addition of Items
S-33 . 1, S-33 .2 , S-33 . 3 , S-33 . 4, S-33 . 5, and S-33 . 6 as follows:

SECTION 2 : This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION 3 : The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City.
