AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTION 3011 , CHAPTER 30 OF
THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Redlands as follows :
Section One : That Section 3011 , Chapter 30 of the Redlands Ordinance Code
is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 3011 , FEES. Every person, firm or corporation applying
for a permit or for renewal of a permit previously revoked or for
renewal of an expired permit under the provisions of this ordinance
shall at the time of making the application, pay an inspection fee
in accordance with the following schedule :
Type�of_ Business Inspection Fee
Public Eating Establishments $ 25 . 00 per year
Food Handling $ 20. 00 per year
Food Markets , including Grocery,
Vegetable and Meat Markets $ 20. 00 per year
Each additional department , add, $ 5 . 00 per year
(Public eating places in conjunction with markets shall not be
included in Food Market permit ) .
Each Hawker Vehicle $ 10.00 per year
Each Peddler Vehicle $ 10.00 per year
Each Vending Machine Headquarters $ 20. 00 per year
Each Vending Machine $ 2. 00 per year
Itinerant Food Concessions (Fairs ,
Circuses, Special Events , and $ 10. 00 per concession
Traveling Shows) per location
Cesspool - Septic Tank Trucks $ 25 . 00 per year
Garbage Hauler (City of Redlands ex-
cepted) $ 10. 00 per year
Other Garbage and Rubbish Collection
Vehicles (City of Redlands excepted) $ 100. 00 per year for
first vehicle,
$ 10.00 per year, each
additional
vehicle
Public Swimming Pools (as defined in California. Swimming Pool
Act) , $25. 00 per year, except that the fee for swimming pools
when operated in conjunction with any other type business re-
quiring a permit under this Section or under the provisions of
County Ordinance No . 784 shall be $10.00 per year. Only one
permit shall be issued which shall include the public swimming
pool. When more than one pool is operated on the same premises ,
the inspection fee shall be $10. 00 per year for each additional
pool.

Pools operated by recreations districts, public schools and
other public agencies , Exempt .
Children' s Camps and Boarding School, $10. 00 per year.
Riding Academies and Stables , $ 10. 00 per year.
Section Two : In order to conform with the County of San Bernardino Health
and Safety Code , this ordinance is hereby declared of an emergency nature
and shall be in force and take effect on the first day of July, 1965.
Section Three : The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordin-
ance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in this City.
