AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ARTICLE 144 OF THE
REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO FEE AND SERVICE CHARGES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1: Section 14404 of Article 144 which sets forth the
schedule of fees and service charges of the City of Redlands for
recovering costs reasonably borne for regulations, products and
services provided is amended by the addition of items S-74 . 1 , S-105 . 1
and S-105 . 2 as follows:
Percentage of Costs
"Regulation, Product Reasonably Borne to
or Service be Received Review Schedule
S-74 . 1 Equipment Use 100% Annual
S-105 . 1 Banner Permit 50% Annual
S-105. 2 Street Tree 100% Annual"
SECTION 2 : Item S-112 , "Traffic Agenda Item, " is hereby deleted
in its entirety from Section 14404 of Article 144 of the Redlands
Code.
SECTION 3 : This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION 4 : The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in
the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in the City.

regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of August 1987 by the
