AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Article 124 OF THE 1?EDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE BY
ADDING Section 1242.11.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Redlands Ordinance Code Article 124 , "Duties of
Director of Finance , " shall be amended by adding Section 1242. 11
to read as follows :
' Sec. 1242. 11 To administer the ' cemetery endowment fund ' ,
created from contributions to be held in trust and the income
used for the perpetual care of designated plots in the City of
Redlands Hillside Cemetery and Mausoleum., "
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause same to be publishedonce in the Redlands Daily
Facts , a newspaper of general circulatlibn printed and published in
this city.
