AN ORDLITANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONES IN TIS
CITY OF REDLANDS"
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: The entire City of Redlands is hereby established as a fire
district which shall be designated Fire Zone One (1) , Fire zone Two (2) and
Fire Zone Three (3) , described as follows:

�a) Fire Zone One (1) : Beginning at the intersection of the centerline
of Redlands Boulevard and the centerline of Third Street; thence easterly along
the centerline of said Redlands Boulevard to the centerline of Seventh Street;
thence southerly along the centerline of Seventh Street to the centerline of
Citrus Avenue; thence westerly approximately 103 feet; thence southerly along
the easterly line of Lot 8, Block B, Portion of Block 28 to centerline of alley;
thence westerly approximatelY 5 feet; thence southerly along the westerly line
of Tot
JJ 16, Block 3, Portion Sub of Block 28; thence southwesterly to the inter-
section of the centerline of Sixth Street and the centerline of Vine Street;
thence westerly along the centerline of Vine Street to the centerline of Cajon
Street; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Cajon Street to a point
opposite the northerly line of Lot 10, Block A. Portion of Orange Grove Addition;
thence westerly along the northerly line of Lots 10, 9, 8 and 7 to centerline of
Fourth Street, thence north approximately 7 feet to the centerline of alley; thence
westerly to the centerline of Eureka Street; thence northwesterly along the
centerline of Eureka Street to the intersection of the centerline of Citrus Avenue;
thence easterly along the centerline of Citrus Avenue to the intersection of Third
Street; thence north on the centerline of Third Street to the point of beginning.
Provided that any parcel of land upon which construction is allowed in
excess of the number of square feet provided by Zoning Ordinance No. 1000,
because of its proximity to Vehicle Parking District No. 1 of the City of
Redlax.ds, shall be included in Fire Zone One (1). Such additional areas subject
to Fire Zone No. One (1) requilrementsshall be established by resolution of the
City Council describing such area,,
(b) Fire Zone Two (2): Fire Zone Two (2) shall include all Commercial
Districts within the City of Redlands, including the C-11 C-21 C-3, C-4 and
A-P zones as shown on the City of Redlands Zoning Map and as shall be created by
ordinance of the City Council.
(c) Fire Zone Three (3) Fire Zone Three (3) shall include all of the area
within the corporate limits of the City of Redlands excepting Fire Zone One
1 (1)
and Fire Zone Two (2).
SECTION TWO: Ordinances No. 927 and No. 1095 entitled "Ordinance Creating
and Establishing Fire Zones in the City of Redlands", and Amendments thereto,
and all other Ordinances or portions thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.

SECTION THREE This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its Passage as Provided by law and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
Publish the same in the manner required by law.
