AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE No. 927 ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE CREATING AND ES-
TABLISHING FIRE ZONES IN THE
CITY OF REDLANDS".
The City Council of the City of
Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Section One
of Ordinance No. 927 entitled "An
Ordinance creating and establishing -
fire zones in the City of Redlands"
shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section One: The entire City of
Redlands is hereby established as
a fire district which shall be desig-
nated Fire Zone (ll, Fire Zone 12-
and Fire Zone iii, described as
follows:
a. Fire Zone One U): Beginning
at the intersection of the center-
line of Sixth Street and the cen-
terline of the Southern Pacific rail-
way right of way,said right of way
sometimes known as Redlands
Street: thence southerly along the
centerline of said Sixth Street to a
point 130 feet southerly of the
centerline of Citrus Avenue;thence
westerly along a line parallel with
and 130 feet southerly of said cen-
terline Citrus Avenue to a point
on the centerline of Eureka Street,
thence northwesterly along the
centerline of said Eureka Street
and the northwesterly prolonga-
tion thereof to a point on the cen-
terline of Second Street; thence
northerly along the centerline of
said Second Street to a point on the
centerline of the aforesaid South-
ern Pacific Railway right of way:
thence easterly along said center-
line of right of way to the point
of beginning.
b. Fire Zone Two (2): Fire Zone
Two 122) shall include all Commer-
cial Districts within the City of
Redlands, including the C-1, C-2,
C-3, C-4 and A-P zones as shown on
the City of Redlands Zoning Map
and as shall be created by ordi-
nance of the City Council.
c. Fire Zone Three {31: Fire Zone
Three (3) shall include all of the
area within the corporate limits
of the City of Redlands excepting
Fire Zone One tI1 and Fire Zone
Two (21."
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance
shall be in force and take effect as
providedby lacer.
SECTION THREE. The City Clerk
shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause same to be pub-
lished once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circu-
lation printed and published in this
City.

regular meeting thereof, held on the
20th day of May, 1958 by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen Martinez, Ward,
Burroughs, and Mayor Wilson.
