AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ELIMINATING CERTAIN
FUNDS THAT ARE UNNECESSARY TO THE CITYS ' FISCAL OPERATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION ONE: THAT certain funds heretofore established
at various times for particular financial purposes of the
City of Redlands, are no longer necessary to the citys `
fiscal operations .
SECTION TWO: THAT the funds no longer necessary to the
fiscal operations of the City of Redlands are as follows:
Redlands Animal Shelter Fund
Red Cross Building Fund
Main Extension Fund
Line Extension Fund
Mill Creek Development Fund
Meter Deposit Fund
SECTION THREE: THAT the funds specified in Section 2
hereof, are terminated and abolished, and that the amounts
on deposit in said funds shall be transferred to other
deposits as follows :
1. Amount in Redlands Animal Shelter Fund to a
deposit account within the Special Deposit
Fund.
2 . Amount in Red Cross Building Fund to a depo-
sit account within the Special Deposit Fund..
3 . Amount in Main Extension to Water Fund surplus .
4. Amount in Line Extension Fund to deposit
account in the Special Deposit Fund.
5 . Amount in Mill Creek Development Fund to
Water Fund.
6. Amount in Meter Deposit Fund to Special De-
posit Fund, and accounted for in the same
manner in which it is presently being handled
in the Meter Deposit Fund.
SECTION FIVE: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION SIX: The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general cir-
culation printed and published in this city.
