FEES. DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE. The Director for good cause may issue duplicate e t if,a ca es upon payment of a duplicate certificate fee, § 31612. REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE. RIGHT OF APPEAL, Any food worker os certificatehas en revoke' may appeal to the Department for review f the findings. Such, appeal must be in writing and at be filed with the Director ithi ten days of revocation f the food worker' s certificate. FOOD ADVISORY' COMMITTEE. Any tither ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed., SECTION THREE. This ordinance shall, be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION FOUR.
