AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RE LANDS
AMENDING INCA THE RED ;NTS ORDINANCE; CODE-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTIE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:

SECTION ONE. That the Redlands Ordinance Code be amended by
adding Article 316, "Faced Industry Sanitary Procedures, " as follows:

31601 . DEFINITIONS
A. PAR MENT� The term department shall mean

Worker 's Certificate shall mean n statement issued the
Department certifying that a person has satisfactorily
demonstrated his competency in food sanitation principles
and practices.

31604. FEES. (a) There shall be no fee charged

ing those subjects included in the Food Worker 's Manual, and

§ 31611. DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE. The Director
for good cause may issue duplicate e t if,a ca es upon payment
of a duplicate certificate fee,
§ 31612. REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE. The Food
Worker' s s Certs fi ate may voked by the Director up

service, storage, distribution or sale of food or beveraqe

hazard to the public or to the person 's co-workers, or (c)
evidence indicating falsification of information required
for issuance of the certificate.
31613. RIGHT OF APPEAL, Any food worker os
certificatehas en revoke' may appeal to the Department for
review f the findings. Such, appeal must be in writing and
at be filed with the Director ithi ten days of revocation
f the food worker' s certificate. While such appeal is
pending, txh revocation of the foodM roe ' certificate

§ 31614. FOOD ADVISORY' COMMITTEE. To assist 'and

SECTION TWO. Any tither ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.,
SECTION THREE. This ordinance shall, be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR. The City Clerk ,shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in the City of Redlands,
