illuminating; urporeo,ar aforesaid,be in excess of the rate
VI Price a.bove epecified.and the person or corporation
violating any of the provisicnz of this ordinance is guilty
of a misdameanor.and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined in a sum not exceeding *300.or by imprisoiinent
in the city or county jail for not exceedi,LC ninety days,
or by both such fine and imDrisonment.
Section ,a. This ordinance shall t"he effect and be in
force from and after January let.1904.
