HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2271_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2271 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 55 TO THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has reviewed Amendment No. 55 to the Redlands General Plan and adopted such plan in R.P.C. Resolution No. 832, after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1995, the City Council held a duly-noticed public hearing concerned with the proposed specific plan amendment; and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the adoption of an amendment to the General Plan have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN as follows: SECTION ONE: That Amendment No. 55 to the General Plan of the City of Redlands adopted by the Planning Commission in R.P.C. Resolution No. 832 shall be adopted as follows: AMENDMENT NO. 55 TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS Change the General Plan designation from Urban Reserve and Park to Very Low Density and Park for approximately 6.57 acres of land located on the west side of Orange Street, approximately 1,500 feet north of Pioneer Avenue. SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
