AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 62 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE BY
CHANGING SECTION 62204, DELETING SECTION 62205, "HOLIDAYS ENUMERATED, "
AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 1284
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Chapter 62, Article 622, of the Parking Meter
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing Section 62204 to read as follows
and deleting Section 62205:
Section 62204. NONPAYMENT OF METER. It shall be unlawful between
the hours of 9: 00 a.m. and 6: 00 p.m. , on any day excepting Sundays ,
for any person to cause, allow, permit, or suffer any vehicle
.registered in his name or operated or controlled by him to be upon
any street within a parking meter zone in any space adjacent to
which a parking meter is installed at any time during which the
meter is showing a signal indicating that such space is illegally
in use (other than such time as may be absolutely necessary in
entering and leaving such space to operate the meter) .
Section 62205 . HOLIDAYS ENUMERATED. ,Delete
SECTION TWO: All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper designated for that purpose.
