AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DELETING CHAPTERS 2.26,
2..44 AND 2.46 RELATING TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY, FORMER
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND RELOCATION APPEALS BOARD, RESPECTIVELY
AND AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 18.156 RELATING TO DRIVE-THROUGH
RESTAURANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 2.26, relating to the Housing Authority, is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
Section 2. Chapter 2.44, relating to the former Redevelopment Agency, is hereby
deleted in its entirety.
Section 3. Chapter 2.46, relating to the Relocation Appeals Board, is hereby deleted
in its entirety.
Section 4. Section 18.156.370 A, relating to the site area requirement for Drive-
Through Restaurants, is hereby deleted in its entirety, and the subsections of section 18.156.370
A shall accordingly be re-lettered.
Section 5. The City Council hereby determines that the adoption of this Ordinance is
exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQX) pursuant to
State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3)because it can be seen with certainty that there is no
possibility that adoption of this Ordinance may have a significant effect on the environment.
Section 6. The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
