It is and shall be the duty of the City $° his deputies and all police officers of the City of Redlandt sr put persons suspected of violating t�,is Ordinance under poli82 ce ` surveillance , and to use all legal means in detectirg, �c►oc� E N i I f I ting persons violatirC this Ordinance, including the exercise of the right of search by the State Law, Chapter 3, of Part 2 , of s Title 12, of the Penal.
