Section 4: The provisions of section one of this ordinance WS11

thereof for medicinal purposes by regularly licensed druggists upon

mechanicad Or scientific Purposes.
Section 2. sectiold 7 Of said Ordinance No. 28 is hereby amended
to read as follows.
Section 7 : In order to obtain a druggist permit under this ordi-
nancetthe owner or person having charge or management of such drug
store or the Place where such business is 00nda0ted shall file with
the city clerk of said city an WlWtion for such permit0etting'
forth therein the name of the owner or person in charge of or the
manager of such Place of business' the Plad$ where such business is tube
cond"oted and shall sign the same.
Section 3. Section 11 Of said Ordinance No.328 is hereby amended
to read as follows: -
