Section 2: Every parent , guardian, or other Oerson 11,-_,ving the
legal care, custody or control of any person under the age of eighteen
(1.9) years who allows or permits such person to violate any provisions
of this ordinance is �,.'uilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. I-aiy person who shEll violate any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished by a fine of riot more than Five Hundred
Dollars (000 -00) or by iriprisonLient in the City or County Jail for a
period of not more than six (6) months , or by both such fine and
imprisonment . W
Section 4. 1 ill ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed .
Section 5 . That it is necessary that this ordinance shell take
