AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RESCINDING
ORDINANCE NO . 892 PROVIDING FOR THE PASTEURIZA-
TION OF MILK AND CREAM AND PENALTY FOR THE VIO-
LATION THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains as
follows :
SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 892 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.

of the City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof held on the

NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilmember Elliott
