submitting to the qualified voters of said City the proposition 4f incur-

If the aforesaid second proposition to incur a bonded indebtedness of
fifty thousand dollars, for such acquisition of all said Street work in
and for said City, shall be accepted by the Vote Of two thirds Of all the
voters voting at said special electiont the bonds Of said City to the amou-fl

United States, in forty years, in forty equal annual installmentsp with

the notice of said election:. This ordinance shall be published once a day ,
for at least twelve clays in the Redlands Daily Facts a newspaper pub-
lished at least six days a week in said City of Redlands, and said City
Clerk shall causes this ordinance to be so published and no other notice
of such election need be given, ,and except as in this ord.ina(nee provided
all said ballots shall be prepared and said election held as provided by
Taw for holding such elections in said City. This ordinances shall take
effect from the date of its passage and its approval by the Executive of
said City,viz the President of the Board of Trustees thereof.
