AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADOPTING AN ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAP AS PART OF THE
OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 327
R.P.C. NO. 746
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of
the City of Redlands pursuant to California Conservation and
Planning Act and the Redlands Municipal Code, the Zone District as
shown on Land Use District Map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning
Map," Supplement Map No. 327 attached hereto, is hereby approved,
and said Map is hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use
Zone Map as provided in the Redlands Municipal Code and on file in
the Office of the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
C-4 (Highway Commercial) District to A-P-C (Administrative-
Professional-Commercial) District for the following locations:
1 . 9 to 305 West Colton Avenue (south side)
2 . 102 to 320 West Colton Avenue (north side)
3 . 719 to 725 Orange Street (west side)
4. 719 , 722, and 728 Third Street
5 . 719 and 720 North Eureka Street
6 . 805 Washington Street
7 . 816 and 825 Clay Street
8. 818 Webster Street
SECTION 3. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
T (Transitional) District to R-1 (Single Family Residential)
District for the following locations:
1. 821 to 836 Washington Street
2. 820 to 838 Clay Street
3 . 823 to 838 Ohio Street
4. 821 to 837 Webster Street
5 . 821 to 835 Columbia Street
6. 819 to 834 Calhoun Street
7 . 819 to 834 Lawton Street
8. 832 to 834 Texas Street
9 . 315, 421, 423 , 519 , 619 and 715 Sun Street
SECTION 4. Said changes of zone to would be in conformity
with the General Plan.
SECTION 5. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 6 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this City.

SUPPLEMENTAL MAP NO. 327 BASIC ORDINANCE 1000
