AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO BOND REQUIREMENTS FOR FORTUNETELLERS'
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Section 5. 20. 050 of the Redlands Municipal
Code be amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 5. 20
FORTUNETELLING, PALMISTRY, ETC.
"5.20. 050 LICENSE - ISSUANCE.
An approved business license shall be issued to the
applicant upon payment of the first annual license fee. "
SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause it to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Redlands.
