AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS , CIZIFORKA, RELAMNG
TO THE TAX PROCEDURE L1_'1W.
The City Council of the City of Hedlands does ordain as
follows :
"Prom and after the efflective date of this Ordinance the
duties of assessin.-, pro�rpert and of collectin- taxes, rove Id d

by law to be performed by to assessor and the tax cojector
of the City, shall be perforTyled by the County Assessor arid. the
County Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino, State of
California, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 51500
to 51519, inclusive , of the Government Code. "
Any and all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
Ordinance are hereby repealed .
30 days
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force/from and
after its passage and approval as provided by law.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance
and shall cause the same to be published once in the ""edlands
Daily Facts , the newspaper hereby designated for that purpose.
