pro. orty at, retail, a tax is herk�by 7mposvd upon all ro—
t'ailers in the city at the rate of ri_ncty-t,:•o -und one half
one hundredtbs of one per cent (92'/100 of :_` ) of the
gra_=s receipts of the retailer from the sale; of all
tangible pervonal property sold at retail in the City of
Redlands on and after the operative elate of this ordinance.
