The City Coumcil of the City of Redlands does ordain: SECTION 1. Publip hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the it of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Amendment No. 28 hereby amends section 2l. 1, as foll6we: FRONT "SAD - Same as for the R-3 District EXCEPT on Brookside Avenue, where each lot shall have a front arch extending for the full width of the lot. , Said yard shall be not less than twenty-five feet (25 ft. )' in depth. SECTION 2. This ordinance, shall be designated Amendment No, 28 to Ordinance No. 1000. SECTION 3. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effsot as provided by law. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and publiahed in this city.
