AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTION 13 . 12 . 080 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PREPAYMENT OF WATER BILL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:.
Section 1. Section 13 . 12 . 080 of the Redlands Municipal Code
shall be amended to read as follows:
13 . 12 . 080 PREPAYMENT. The Water Division shall require a
prepayment from all applicants. This prepayment shall be in the
amount of $70. 00. It shall be refunded when the consumer orders the
service discontinued, provided all utility bills have been paid in
full . If there are any oustanding bills or a closing bill the
prepayment shall be applied to them.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City.
