AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS ADOPTING REVISED REDLANDS ORDI-
NANCE CODE
The CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1: That the Redlands ordinance Code is hereby
revised to include all ordinances enacted by this City Council
since said Code took effect on July 7, 1955, and teach said ordi-
nance is hereby adopted by ,.reference and renumbered to conform to
the numbering system of the Redlands Ordinance Code as so revised.
Section 2: T' t three (3) or more copies of the Redlands
Ordinance Code as revised shall be on file in the office of the
City Clerk for fiftgen (15) consecutive days prior to the 4th day
of March, 1969.
Section 3: That this City Coun :il shall hold a public hear-
ing on March 4, 1969 for the purpose of considering such
revisions to the Code and hearing such comments upon the revised
Code and such objections as may be presented. Following public
hearing_Lng the City Council may determine whether the Code as
revised shall be accepted or modified, and may proceed to adopt
said Revised Redlands Ordinance Code in accordance with provisions
of the Government Code of the State of California.
Section 4: That the City Clerk shall publish notice of the
public hearing more than fifteen (15) days prior to March 4, ,
1969, being the date upon which said hearing is set.
Section 5: Effective date: This ordinance shall be in
force and take effect as provided by law.
Section 6: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinanco ,cAnd cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of March, 1963, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Cummings, DeMirjyn, Knudsen, Mayor Burroughs
NOES: None
