AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
CHAPTERS 3.52 AND 3.62 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO OUTSIDE CITY RATE SURCHARGES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE:
The footnotes to the Water Service Rate Schedule in Section 3.52.040 of the Redlands
Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
if
(1) No outside rate surcharge
(2) Outside City rate surcharge, 35%
(3) Outside City rate surcharge, 5V
SECTION TWO:
The footnote to the Sewer Service Rate Schedule in Section 3.62.040 of the Redlands
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(1) Outside City rate surcharge, 23%"
SECTION THREE:
This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.

SECTION FOUR:
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it, or a summary
of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City.
