HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1524_CCv0001.pdf S ORDINANCE NO, 1524 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 116 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI"L'Y OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN: Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Section 39.40 (5) , Parking Limitations, be hereby amended as follows° Section 39.40 : PARKING LIMITATIONS 5. The parking or storage of business related equipment, materials and tools is not permitted on any parcel of land, in any structure, or on any street in a residential zone. Not more than two commercially licensed vehicles used in conjunction with a business may be parked in a residential zone if parked in an area screened from public view. A legally parked recreational vehicle and/or one com- mercially licensed vehicle with a load capacity of one ton or less owned by the resident occupant is exempt from these regulations, Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub- lished in the City of Redlands.
