AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
CHAPTER 10.12 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
PARKING VIOLATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS as
follows:
SECTION ONE: Section 10.12.010 of the Redlands Municipal Code and Ordinance
No. 2034 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"10.12.010 Payment of Violation - Time and Amount. The following penalties are
hereby established for the listed violations:
A. If paid within 30 days:
RedZone....................................................................... $20.00
Passenger Loading Zone .......................................................20.00
Freight Loading Zone ..........................................................20.00
Overtime Parking, green curb or sign .......................................20.00
Misrepresenting time of first parking ........................................20.00
Handicapped Zone ............................................................ 250.00
FireHydrant.....................................................................20.00
Parking on the sidewalk........................................................20.00
Parking in a crosswalk .........................................................20.00
Overnight parking...............................................................20.00
Unlawful street storage.........................................................20.00
All other Redlands parking ordinances not listed...........................20.00
B. If not paid within 30 days:
The penalty listed in Subsection A of this section plus ....................20.00"
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City.

of September, 1993, by the following vote:
