AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE
REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 62, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1606
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Section 62200 of the Redlands Ordinance Code
be amended to read as follows:
§ 62200. DUTY OF ENFORCEMENT. It shall be the
duty of the Chief of Police to enforce the provisions of
Chapter 52 . The Chief of Police shall effect enforcement
by employing City employees classified as Parking Control
Officers.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city.
